What is EmpowerHer?
EmpowerHer aims to support adult educators and organisations working women by developing:
● A comprehensive training curriculum aligned with EntreComp and DigComp
● A mobile app inspiring stories, micro learning tools, and assessments
● An In-Service Training Programme for educators
●A digital platform hosting tools and resources for educators
What we’ve done so far:
✅ Completedneedsanalysis in 5 countries
✅ Finalised the curriculum structure and learning outcome matrix
✅ Developed the first lesson plans and digital resources
✅ Began work on the mobile app and collected case studies
✅ Launched our social media and hosted first stakeholder forums
