XTeam-FEM will advocate for the formation of an online epistemic community of female entrepreneurs to give counselling, mentoring, and training to other female entrepreneurs running micro enterprises.
The partners will develop a Handbook on Sustainable Female Entrepreneurship that will provide objective, straightforward and practical insights into the challenges and strategies for the management of micro businesses by women.
